Cash Shop Sale Limited time – Client version from 2020 to 2025

Enable to use the cash shop sale limited time tab for client version >= 20190724

This version include the following modification from the feature :

• Limitation of amount of items than can be bought by account
• Add the possibility to set a rental time from the registration sale UI
• Registration sale UI need to set a end date of sale and not hours anymore
